Also erst einmal zu mir… Ich bin ein 17 Jahre alter Austauschschüler aus Deutschland. Ich lebe jetzt seit ca. 2 Monaten in den USA und werde auch noch bis Ende Juni bis zum Schuljahres ende hier bleiben. Ich habe in der Schule „Entrepreneurship“ gewählt. In Entrepreneurship geht es zu lernen wie an sein eigenes Unternehmen aufbaut und vor allem startet. Da ich es irgendwie passend fande habe ich mir gedacht ich könnte ein Unternehmen wählen, dass Deutschen beim Auswandern in die USA hilft. Da meine Zielgruppe also jetzt Deutsche sind muss ich am besten auch möglichst viele Deutsche zu dem Thema befragen…

Hast du das Survey Design allein gemacht? Die Staffelung der Antwortkategorien finde ich etwas ungluecklich.

Household Income ist das gesamte Bruttoeinkommen aller im Haushalt lebenden Personen. Da hast du viel zu tief angesetzt.

So werden die meisten c) oder d) angeben und du wirst faelschlicherweise schlussfolgern, dass hier alle Spitzenverdiener sind.

Ausserdem "over 50001"? Ich sehe schon, dass du mutually exclusive categories anbieten wolltest. Aber hier ist dir ein Fehler passiert: Was ist, wenn ich genau $50,001 verdiene? Dann gibt es fuer mich keine Antwortkategorie.

b und c kann man verbinden. Wobei eine Umfrage so gestaltet sein sollte, dass die Befragten nicht erstmal im dictionary suchen muessen. 'Engaged' haette es auch getan. Du solltest auch separated/divorced und widowed anbieten. Die gelten naemlich kategorisch nicht als 'single'.

Aber die wohnen ja nicht bei mir. Die Kids wohnen doch in CT bei der Mama (auf die ich übrigens gerade soooooo einen Hals habe, weil sie zum Geburtstag ihrer Tochter gestern kein einziges Geschenk hatte. Nicht mal 'nen Kuchen hatte sie gebacken, dabei ist sie im Moment arbeitslos und hat ausreichend Zeit (ausreichend Geld hat sie auch - Männe zahlt sehr großzügig Child Support). Und selber will sie natürlich dauernd Geschenke und Aufmerksamkeiten, aber fürs eigene Kind hat sie nichts parat. Die verdient wirklich in jedem Egoisten-Wettbewerb die Goldmedaille...
