Default Empfehlungsschreiben

Hallo!

-Rechtschreibfehler
-falscher Satzbau, falsche Wortwahl
-Aufbau und Inhalt

To Whom It May Concern:

As principal of Schule für Farbe und Gestaltung, a training school for colour and art, I am highly delighted to recommend to you a stellar student.

Alice passed her training with distinction and got an award in every semester, too. We are very proud she also received a silk
ribbon of excellence from the chamber of handicrafts in Stuttgart for her trade test.

Alice came here during the second of three school years because of her higher graduation and it was a pleasure to see her amazing development especially in the technical subjects. She was an ambitious student an worked hard and continous to regain the lost time of the first school year untill she was one of the best class members in every subject.

Alice scored good and very good marks in all areas and was not only particularly loved by her teachers and classmates for her reliabillity but also for her ability to integrate in a team in high gear. She proceed the function as the class representative first rate and was always a student of good repute.

Alice distinguished herself as a well rounded, clever, creative and motivated young woman. She never had any problems to behave in an adequate way between her almost male classmates and wasn´t abash to establish herself.

Let me say that I have no doubt she can adeptly meet the challenges of working and living in the United States of America. It would be a milestone in Alice´s carrier and to learn the english technical language is an unaffordable advantage in the branch of trade.
It was a real honor to witness Alice´s development here at the school and it has been a joy to watch her growth since then. If she ever decides to return to our school to start the education of becoming a certified technician for varnishes, we would be very pleased to welcome her again.

I enthusiastically recommend her to you and we all wish Alice the best on her way to America.

Sincerely,
Franz Xaver Zeier
Principal

kleine Anmerkung:

z.B. "I’m a manager at Company XYZ and have known Jane Doe for five years… she has worked directly for me as a supervisor… she was my neighbor for ten years… she was my coworker for the past three years... etc."

z.B. "You may contact me at (111) 123-4567 if you have any questions."
oder "Please feel free to contact me at (703) 8675-309 if I can be of further service."
